establishing a structure which would enable CCTI and other cutting-edge technologies to work under one corporate entity



The question is what will the valuation be when this happens. Put a fork it CCTI as an ongoing concern, hopefully we see a speculation price bump in hopes that the new "structure" can move this forward and the shares somehow get folded into the new thing.

If your lucky and play your cards right you may get a meager fruit cup.
