NEOM is held by the Saudi state owned PIF Public Investment Fund and has nothing to do with the out of business NeoMedia Technologies, I just paid for the Sec of State of Delaware (where all of the filings indicate they're incorporated in before filing form15 and going dark) Business search and Neomedia Technologies status is: TAX DELINQUENT ...there phone number no longer works either. Company is out of business and there's been a rush to a hyperlink that has nothing to do with NeoMedia Technologies. PIF also has a Twitter account talking about NEOM as of yesterday.
