So Merrick Okamoto, MARA CEO, announced today he is diluting the current 52,644,470 shares with an additional 10-15 million shares.

That's 20%-30% dilution!!!.

Today's share price of $26 will be $18.20 to $20.80 tomorrow.

Golden boy Merrick Okamoto just picked our pockets big time!!! I thought MARA was a better run company than RIOT. I thought wrong.
