Care to comment on the additional costs of De Novo process and if that will create the need for 1 or 2 more fundraises ?

Then, before MDT acquires Titan, is a final r/s a condition of an acquisition - is that in the redactions ? Dilly would do it in a heartbeat and by then will they have enough votes ? HUH
