SM no longer has to worry about politics after the 20th. He's gone -period, he can speak his mind more freely if the banking committee (mad Max) or Bidens administration want to push him. I think of all people SM, Kudlow and Carson have garnered much respect from the business community at large from this administration. All 3 have little to lose by "dropping the match" on the way out the door, especially if it follows the law and will be backed by SCOTUS, whenever they decide to grace us with their decision.
