I figured out that CYAP was selling stock at 40 cents when the stock was trading around 60 cents.

They have since raised that price to 48 cents.

I imagine that's why it was trading so heavily back then in conjunction to the promotion.

It is starting to trade good volume again and I wonder if it's because of the 3 convertible notes they offered that are convertible into common stock at deemed prices ranging from 60% to 61% of the lowest market price of the Company’s stock within the prior 20 trading days prior to conversion.

Do you think the companies that issued the notes are shorting it so they can convert into shares at a lower price?

Can you shed any insight?
