So far from what I have gathered the OS was raised to bring Sinacori Builders under the CAVR ticker. At present they (Sinacori and as a result CAVR) are profitable so am I wrong in thinking we are getting the other 3 companies basically free? Even if the SOKU app, the online education platform and the patent pending exercise machine fail we are still invested in a revenue and profit producing ticker. How can you not like the opportunity to own the possibility of those 3 while having the guaranteed revenue from the Sinacori builders? My research is showing that with just Sinacori producing this is still an undervalued ticker and as a result have added small today. Will continue to read thru the DD and manage the position accordingly, but please help me understand what im missing here.
