My thoughts on the recent PR:

This was a very atypical thing for HALO to engage in. I'm making a WAG that they are trying to boost the PPS because they are negotiating a sale based on X times the average price over a given period.

I'm surprised that the price hasn't moved accordingly given the guidance, but one must remember that most of the shares are already locked up in institutional hands and, as mentioned by biotechinvestor, the company is under the radar when it comes to the retail trade crowd.

If I'm right, expect an appearance on MAD Money or some such forum in the near future. Of course I'm just speculating but I'm still conviced the company will find a suitor and be bought up before the end of this year.
