ALPS is in the biz to build greenhouses. They have a presence in Canada? I could not find a single project in the USA. As part of LowCapEx "model", it's my understanding that ALPS is going to build greenhouses for OTHER entities - and work in a contract where a part of crops are reserved or grown using AUSAF genetics? Otherwise, how would they control quality and cultivate "boutique" type of strains (think micro brews - and you get micro tokes of sativa or indica)

Green Therapeutics is in the CBD biz, not THC/MJ biz. I guess they have a greenhouse in Las Vegas - but couldn't tell what they're growing.

Which is fine - but the US market still needs medicinal and recreational MJ and THC products too.....not just CBD products/edibles.

And, industrial hemp for cbd is NOT USUALLY GROWN INDOORS. Most cultivators/producers are growing hemp outdoors - which doesn't bode well for ALPS.

Aurora abandoned Australis a while ago.

So, AUSAF has some work to do to. I'd like to see new sales contracts in the USA for greenhouses....and GT needs to dispense MJ/THC products in the USA in order for Australis to become a USA MSO
