Again, WHY bring up a lawsuit HC...what purpose does that serve ya Phatso ?

Well, #1) Stevens won it and it was for $116.2K

#2) That means that real business was being done and Stevens sued for money owed to them (plus interest)

#3) If $116K mattered to the Family then, I would think that they surely dotted their I's and crossed their T's on these recent Buyout terms, no ?? (Glen was even quoted in the PR)

#4) If the deal was for part cash and part stock as almost all of Atwec's deals are - WHY would the Stevens duo accept "worthless shares" ? They have to be worth something when they come out of Restricted status and are free trading right ? After being stiffed by Wiley, you think they would be extra cautious doing their DD before signing a HUGE deal to become acquired ? $2.6M peeps
