Think of FCEL as a toddler with unsteady footing.

They have to rebuild the sales force, get the deals in the hopper, then start closing.

Every industry has a closing cycle.

I would guess that it's around a year with FCEL because of all of the financing and government approvals required.

Once they find their footing they'll be a holy terror, racing around so fast you can't keep up with them.
