It doesn't help when peeps keep perpetuating the fraudulent idea that there was a fake RS filing. Did the SOS of NV, FINRA or Custodian Ventures denounce those filings at any point?
The name change and RS were filed 2 times with amendments, nothing fake about them.
The suitor could not satisfy FINRA rules and was told the RS would not be processed. They modified the RS amount to try again and were still told no. They then backed out of any RM agreement. The name change was withdrawn as the RM was cancelled.
Nothing fake or illegal about any of it.
Custodian Ventures has a strong reputation for handling their business in a very legal manner. They would not have tolerated any attempt to soil that reputation. David Lazar would have publicly denounced any such attempt within hours.
