How about a SPECIAL DIVIDEND of $1.00
per share, payable to all shareholders
of record since say June 2020?

Proceeds to be paid out of settlement fund
for PSS, roughly 260,000,000 shares outstanding,
for the same amount of $260,000,000, which conservatively
speaking would be about half of a $500,000,000 settlement?

That would be a bold "thank you" to longer term investors
by Henry Ji, and could generate a HUGE upside in the pps....

Just an idea for creative minds out there looking for return
on their SRNE investment.....
