that is in regards to the injunction one reason why i think this goes bigger than anyone can imagine FONU is one of the few companies that is doing what they are supposed to do during a custodianship the whole ppoint of custodianship is to get a dilution and debt free ticker with a clean slate to start the company so many custodians are pushing these through and not doing anything proper so when the ticker finally merges the company is merging into a shell with debt and active notes which debt holders run the pps to the ground


fonu has no conversions

and a court order to restrain the TA from allowing any dilution hence the reason why all the bashing and ask stacking still wont drive pps down because this float is locked

so back to the question in regards to court dates that is the management doing what they are supposed to do and actively eliminating all debt

in vegas its i believe a 7 yr statute to kill debt but still need to go to court to do it
