check out what has happened to other companies that have gone to eth amrket for cash - I know NIO is doing long dated bonds but principle is the same.

Check out PLUG Power done it twice (mid $20's and mid $30's now over $50) and still climbing to the moon, FCELand of course the other SPAC's

This will help them expand as fast as they can and that is critical as well as ensure they hire the best for their software development and support organizations.
