This shell has nothing to do with Cantech ....anyone has any concrete infomration about a potential merger all of the FDA talk is not relevant because in the OTC market uder company profile it says


The Company is now in process of seeking a merger or acquisition candidate. Effective October 9, 2017 the PSA Agreement with Canteck Pharma, inc. has been rescinded do inability to proceed with the license for Mexico that previously had focused on its immunotherapeutic based technology specific to Cancer indication.

Please corect me if this is wrong with providing facts
