HOTSTOCKS-NYC Mentions ELGL evaluating going private

A contact brought this to my attention this afternoon. This type of action would likely trigger a 3rd party evaluation of the company and assets. These people have massive reputations and integrity through years and years of solid business acumen.

We know from their long list of announcements that they very likely have a lot going on behind the scenes. Just look at their website(s).

The only thing they lack is the ability to get financial submittals updated - maybe this is on purpose? Omitting material information on purpose just won't fly. The Management team is lawyers - they know the difference between right and wrong......

The public information is out there for all to see! Do your own due diligence.
