Global Cannabis Closes Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, January 7, 2021 – Global Cannabis Applications Corp.(“GCAC” or the “Company”) (CSE: APP, FSE: 2FA), a leading developer of innovative data technologies for the medical cannabis industry, announces it has closed its non- brokered private placement (the “Private Placement”).


technically (with paperwork, etc.) it just closed now. It is putting more liquidity into the company to do what it is doing. BTW, all shares and warrants from Private Placements are restricted which means these investors can't sell for at least 4 months from when the PP closes. Usually all of these large investors are long-term investors.
