Bro, That's all Magnifind...It's all right there in black and white. The S1 means they are registering shares they wish to sell.

They put that in there, not me. They were absolutely referring to Magnifind though. All that they are saying is that since Magnifind became MDIN they have had no revenue. Old MDIN actually did have (still miniscule but had) revenue so it's very clear.
