What a scheme. I wonder if any of them believes it was worth screwing over all of the shareholders at this point. Making a conscious decision to harm unsuspecting others so you may benefit should bare a stiff penalty. We will have to wait on the degree of the relationships as the trial moves forward. If they took actions to cover, that would also prove intent, not reckless behavior.
