So what is going on here? Figured this was enough meat and potatoes forward looking information with direction and plans much more substantial than most OTC scam companies... this can't be flippers as this hasn't moved anywhere but down in 2 weeks for them to flip...So either shorters or dilution. I know they were diluting the crap out of the stock at such low prices. Was said dilution was slowing down or done but we are still seeing .0013 on the bid. This is just getting too frustrating to hold as a few whales could screw the shorters and sky rocket the PPS
