Agreed, especially now that we know they're going to have the power to take greysheet listed PubCo's off the greys all the way to current info status tier...and will further have the power to suspend any and all OTC PubCo's who don't bother attaining and maintaining current info status tier by some time next summer.

I for one applaud the SEC for eliminating the 211 bs process, especially since there was only 1 firm out there in the OTC even trying to sponsor greysheet listed stocks.

So now it's paramount for OTC Markets to use their new powers wisely and in an orderly fashion, which by extension will ensure that all the new powers the SEC has bestowed upon them now, have maximum positive impact on the OTC this year forward right cheers!
