Either someone is using SBSH to try to get shares in the spread or SBSH is trying to bait people into selling into the spread by throwing up a .0175 or .017 bid. I did a test sell on some trading shares when he did that. No fill and he removes his trade...probably trying to get people frustrated into selling lower.

Just a hunch.
