Ok, yeah, right... funny you are. Let's give 50mil away for consulting. We paid 80mil for one company and cash, but let's give 3/4 of that for consulting. Hey if it pays that much I should be rich!

I know what you're saying, but that would have been realized months ago on current acquisitions, no matter what amount.

After speaking with Joe, I can tell ya'll this. MB is going to be very very careful about how he spends the last 210million shares. The current pps [according to his plan -- we'll just have to trust him on that] MUST increase expotentially.... before spending any more cash on acquisitions.

Now that seems logical doesn't it? If 210 million is all that is left, and his idea of raising the O/S is nil. That means in order for him to go to another acquistion-table, he's going to have to have a much higher pps in order to give less shares away. So logic says that if it cost 80-mil for last acquisition for example, and now the pps is say .15cents; wouldn't it logical take less shares for the buy? Yes.

This is exactly the formula MB/JB are going to use in order to keep the A/S below 500mil.

Is that new or something we shouldn't expect from a wise CEO? Don't most penny founders realize this and then work within these limits? No. This is one reason why I'm sticking around, as I trust that the guy is going to keep his word and not raise the O/S anytime soon.

But, let's say the stock is at .50cents and we now have $300mil in rev's a year with no O/S left on the A/S of 500mil.

Would it hurt to raise the O/S to say 750mil? Probably not, but would depend on the current acquisitions, long term mind-set of shareholders, and the information MB has projected over that period in order to instill a long term relationship for SFNN shareholders to hold a majority of their shares.

Does anyone believe with current rev's and those yet realized we can't increase EPS without realizing another acquisition? I would hope not. Thus patience is in order for those who realize .026 is grossly undervalued regarding SFNN.

SirTemp'
ya'll don't be stupid here and read anything more into what I've written than intended! That's excludes you Sentinel! wink
