Fins depend on how hard it is to straighten out
Wiley Coyote's book-keeping. His passion was the
only reason ATWEC is still holding on, but he is
not a businessman who could satisfy real auditors.
Briboy probably knows more about Wiley than any of
us and when he heals up maybe he can share some info.
One of the oddest things to me (in penny land) is
when a reverse split is declared, it's
always "to enhance shareholder value"
