Huge overhang and CEOs big mouth will keep pressure on PCTLs share price for a while

Seems every time he speaks, he inserts foot into mouth

Nothing is well thought out, just shooting from the hip without concern over ramifications. Then people wonder why PCTs share price always falls after hearing from the CEO
