Court case should be finalized/settled soon IMO. You can check for updates at the link below using court case A-20-810012-B. Last update was a 10/9 status report, so I expect to see soon that any outstanding debts that were claimed have been settled & the case will be closed. At that point Lazar will begin working on getting the shell pink current so we'll see filings at some point, then he'll start looking for a buyer.

In my experience Lazar doesn't do an R/M, the new company after purchase is generally the one that does the R/M.
