Gnrlee01, from what I hear any debts have been settled years ago by either Tax write off's, and or the Credit union taking over all assets of the motoped business ..

so when,or If ??, MTVX does do a Reverse Merger soon, I do NOT Think ?, the NEW MTVX going into the Hemp Farm business cares what happens to the Motoped business, so no debts for MTVX in there NEW Venture going forward. IMO
