Theoreticly any 2,3 or 4 companies can put out an LOI together to pump interest,bloat the price,sell off,screw the shareholders.Unless we hear something that's what happened here only difference was with this merger these were gigantic companies involved not 2 bit operations.Word should be givin to the shareholders either yes or no.
