Notice how the 8k filing is non-compliant and woefully deficient with no name of who the 2billion dollar buyer is? This is according to a friend of mine that actually writes some OTC law. He recommended contacting the Microcap investigations task force and alerting them so I will be doing that this Monday. I hope you do he same. If you believe as I do that this is a joke business you may want to dump your shares fast in case my expert friend is correct. I’m not an expert but he is. And I’d never trust anything backed by their investor after he pumped OGES among several other junk companies.
