I've been pretty busy writing and haven't seen IHub nor posted in some time so please forgive me if you've already seen this or someone else has posted it.

On Friday morning Dominion Voting Systems filed a 1.3-billion dollar defamation lawsuit against attorney Sidney Powell. The 124 page lawsuit is in response for what they say is her role in orchestrating a "demonstrably false conspiracy" that the company rigged the 2020 presidential election. Further, the lawsuit alleges that "Powell has directly accused Dominion of fraud, election rigging, bribery and conspiracy, which are serious crimes." They also said, "Powell's statements have exposed Dominion to the most extreme hatred and contempt."

Previously, through the company's attorneys, Powell had been issued a cease and desist order.

If the lawsuit goes to trial, during the discovery phase Powell will present her evidence and Dominion will present its evidence which is nearly 2,000 pages of exhibits.

About thirty years ago I served as the managing general partner of a group that sought the license for a new TV station in Southern California. Initially, there were something like 75 applicants but that was winnowed down to five over the many years it took the Administrative Law Judge to hear the case. Our group was one of the survivors. I traveled to Washington several times to testify on our behalf and, believe me, there is nothing as ugly and taxing as being on the stand and getting interrogated by a hostile lot of lawyers. We were not awarded the station but through a buy-out I was able to get our investors money back.

I'm sure Powell has been there and back and will be well prepared if the lawsuit goes to trial, but Hell can't be any worse than court.

On another note, please send rain. It's still dry here and recently a ten acre fire erupted. This is winter!

Take care,

Trueheart
