I hope that is the plan. Leaks are notorious.
A RS makes sense in my crystal ball though, as a way to give those new shares into the NRXP value and then RS. Cant forget Management CoC/Bonuses/incentives. Along with obvious REAL Management and Logistics benefits..
It also suggests the whole deal has great potential to hit the Nasdaq as Data will be released. I think the Market will buy it.
OR Before? They pretty much know the future data from the 102 numbers and may not want RLF too high for the deal, ornot. IDKS...JMHO...GLTA...
