Also, those who have little to no symptoms won't need B...

Long term effects can appear with no, medium or strong symptoms. B will remain helpful, if it passes the P 3. And, as KarinCA and others have pointed out, it may work on the common cold (and other communicable viruses), though that will have to be studied to get a more definitive answer. But looks good.
