The change in % of GEM ownership needs to take into account the about 20% new shares.
I cant see both NRXP and RLF heading to the Nasdaq separately. I think many of the new shares will be given into the NRXP entity when RLF is rolled in. That makes the math of a whole entity relationship concerning an NRRLFXP deal.
BRPA wants 100% control of RLF-100 as the Deal. The JEWEL is RLF-100, not the NRX PTSD drug. BRPA is a shell/SPAC.
GEM has invested in NRX too. Consolidate ownerships and logistics/production/ sales. Insiders/GEM still have controlling power, RLF common shareholders are along for the ride.?.
