Wow, just learned I have officially been investing in this company for 20 years. And having a discussion with somebody on stock twits I looked back at the chart for Plug power. Just before 2001 they were on CNBC talking about having 10,000 times earnings in the future. This was one week before I sold the stock. I own a thousand shares I purchased for about $25. Sold them at $30. The week leading up to the CNBC appearance the stock went up to $40. Then it spiked up to $156 within a couple days. And one back down almost as quickly. Can't remember if Andy Marsh was the CEO or not something tells me he was. I had to actually search the historical chart to realize this. Had another bad experience with them and their volatility in 2014. Stocks biked up pretty quickly to $11 and Citron investment group went on CNBC saying the stock should be $0.50. crash and I was on margin without a stop loss. Live and learn the hard way. And that's my story behind not trusting Plug power. There you have it. And I believe that was Andy Marsh.
