The Drago case continues to drag on. Current filings have the next conference call/hearing scheduled on 4/5/2021.

Like the rest of you, I wish the very worst for Johnny & the gang but we have a much better chance of staying dry while whizzing into a head wind.

As Kaz pointed out, this a white collar crime. At best he'll have to pay the a portion of the payroll taxes he owes for his former employees and maybe get 1 or 2 years at a minimum security Club Fed. I seriously doubt that anyone else will be held accountable for the millions of dollars they ripped off.

Nisti, you may want to call your broker and cancel your shares so you can take the write off. This turd will never be relisted.
