LOS ANGELES, CA, Jan 09, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Victory Energy Corporation (VYEY, Trade ) today announced that Richard May, one of the founders of SCS Corporation and now founder of RJI Incorporated, has been appointed to Victory's Board of Directors.

In 2001 Mr. May founded RJI Incorporated to capitalize on his contacts within the security contracts industry.
