There's alot of things still trying to figure out here. Says the transaction closed on December 31 but from doing research SORC doesn't look like publicly traded company with shares. I think they was subsidiary of Alleghany who has huge value over $600 a share? Trying to figure out what market value should be here. Low unchanged share structure shows lots of room for growth.
