"The Company is focused on developing and launching a decentralized financial ("DeFi") product for international markets as a solution for a variety of major financial markets including payments and remittance, as well as gaming market.

The design phase of the product was completed in December 2020 and the Company is planning to launch the alpha version of the product in Q1 2021.

Management is developing strategic relationships with key technology partners to integrate best in class technologies for its DeFi application, as well as channel partners to market the product and acquire customers in key markets in Asia, Africa and South America.

Intellabridge entered into an agreement with Torus to provide customers with an easy onboarding process in a secure single step with their OAuth accounts. The objective is to improve the accessibility and exposure to decentralised finance for customers in international markets with the Torus network of over a hundred applications including major DeFi companies such as Aave, Yearn Finance, Augur, and KyberSwap.

As part of the Company’s strategy to focus on its new DeFi product, the Company terminated its agreement with the Wix partnership program."
