Just got off the phone with Rich and he assured me that there are no hidden shares with these new loans. He has no idea if there are anymore over hang shares still out from debt settlement .
Last that he was aware of the QB was in otc markets hands.
He went in to say he will verify the QB situation Monday and to call back.
