If they are cleaning out the old SHs

for the purpose of later selling it as a shell... what's in a name?

This BAYP should be delisted.

Unfortunately as long as the scammers don't break Rule 144, and perform an illegal dump, it doesn't attract the attention of the SEC. Especially in a Pink stock.

And the new scammers that took over are doubly safe, as they have yet to issue a PR pump.

What one had recently was a tweet pump party in Internet land, followed by posts claiming BAYP with its 13B shares, no cash, no assets, was suddenly worth something. Why? Because a drop box mailing address was the same as a resort hotel in Florida.

The SEC can't do much about that either. They are probably still trying to figure out what tweets are all about. LOL
