noted. I found out the hard way. This became a shell company sometime back but nothing is happening in the company at the present time. Someone on the forum reported that company ran out of money awhile ago, and the company has no activity. People continue to buy shares whenever there is an article mentioning the name RGBP.

Eventually, people sold at loss and moved on. The cycle started again when RGBP mentioned somewhere in an article.

Someone needs to report this to SEC so they can check on the validity of this company.
