But it seems as though Cresent is doing very-well on their own, whether under an employment agreement working inside the law, and/or under a single Dewey's command. Clearly though, there is no lawsuit for breach of contract, as one has not surfaced.

And we have no idea what sort of agreement may or may not have been made, as beyond the activity and revenue in NC / VA uncovered, any remaining portions of Cresent appear to be an enigma. We wait...

IHSI/TCA actually still owes him over $1.3 MILLION as per the agreement.

Why in God's name would he still be associated with them?
