Here's why I believe Slow Okie is 100% spot on...
Dewey Keith Gabriel's 3-year employment agreement.

The 8-K announcing the acquisition of Cresent Construction Co., Inc. from Dewey Keith Gabriel for $1.8M back in February, 2017 was one of the most extensive and voluminous documents most likely ever seen for a pink sheet stock like IHSI..Gabriel was to receive a down payment of 500K and a note payable for the balance...Did he ever get paid..and what about his 3 year employment agreement payments??
