Mother I-hubber I don't have Private Message anymore, but I have great news for us Canadian investors who hold shares but cannot sell because of the CTO.
My contact at BCSC said CEO of NECA has been in touch with them re: getting the CTO lifted, which may or not happen and if so could take weeks, months. Ball is in NECA's court, obviously.
But the best part is he was super helpful and if I provide him with certain info/documents, he will get the ball rolling to get me an exemption, at possibly no cost.
