It also mentioned the Cresent team would be pursuing possible construction projects in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virgina
Please review the filings in Virginia
From those it will be revealed that Cresent Constuction Co., Inc. had been filing there since 11-21-2014. Annual reports were filed for the year 2018 and Dewey Keith Gabriel signed the filing on 2-9-2019 as the director/officer. The filings indicate the corp. is currently inactive
However, now....Dewey Keith Gabriel filed an application for a certificate of authority to do business in Virginia via the registered agent, Bourdow, Bowen, and Ellis, PC. (which was the same agent for Cresent Construction Co., Inc.) on August 14, 2018 which was granted 9-17-2018. The 2019 annual report due 9-30-2019 was filed dated 9-24-2019 and signed by Dewey Keith Gabriel as president. Filings indicate this entity status is pending inactive.
The point here is...Is Cresent Construction and Design Solutions , Inc being set up in these states to do the construction which Cresent Construction Co, Inc. was doing at the time of the commencing of the TCA lawsuit in some fashion to protect the business and the revenues and keep the business activity going
As in North Carolina, Gabriel created a similar entity, Cresent Construction and Design Solutions, Inc. 9-7-2017.
In my view, Cresent is vital to the operation and success of IHSI and if it is operating currently somehow outside of the bounds of the pending lawsuit revenues could be accumulating..Throw in a couple of telecom entities (PK Kirk and DP Telecom) and maybe this is why the current interest is being generated
