What are the 3.5 million "commitment shares???"

From the 8-K:

The issuance of the 2,083,333 shares of common stock for the cash of $250,000, the issuance of the 200,000 expense reimbursment shares and the 3,500,000 commitment shares and the additional 2,083,333 shares issuable for cash of $250,000 at the registration statement date are issued or issuable as exempt under section 4(2) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.

Looks like they are actually issuing 7.87 million shares for the first $500,000! That equates to only 6.3 cents a share.

The 8-K is VERY interesting and shows how Fusion can work this deal for their benefit. I don't have time to post about it today, but I strongly suggest people review and discuss it on the boards.

If the share price is below 8 cents, they don't have to buy shares. Lots of other details.
