I'm not sure what has been said about owners = brokers is correct. Part of the deliverables from the 8k was a "current list of shareholders", does somebody have the filing that showed the 300 owners number handy I'd like to see the verbage.

What use would the buyer have for list of 300 brokers? Why would that be something required in order to complete the sale. Shareholder information would be valuable however.

Just my thoughts, I'm on 7M free (with profit) shares from 3M sold on the run from .0002 to .002 - .003
