On December 31, 2017 the A/S was 5B and the O/S was 3,468,281,098. As of today January 6, 2021, the A/S remains 5B and the O/S is only 3,808,281,098. In 3+ years the O/S has only increased by 340,000,000 shares. Important to note, it appears NONE of those shares were added to the O/S in 2019 or 2020. That's HUGE!!!
