Few things needs to happen first.

We/ARAT have to pay the TA some back fees. We want to burn that older note before having to register them so we may need proof of claims or just burn it if we can without it if possible. We need financials up or current information as available. We need an 8-K with the SEC so they do not suspend us.

Expect some of that before status check. TA verified after status check IMO but can happen sooner.
